In this exciting game, you’ll guide a character through an obstacle course filled with items related to food and fitness gear. As you navigate through the levels, you’ll have the opportunity to gain or lose weight, all while enjoying the process and understanding that it’s a fictional representation.
How to Play?
Body Rush is easy to learn but challenging to master. You’ll need to make smart choices about what to eat, how much to eat, and what not to eat. If you don’t consume the right amount of calories, you won’t be able to reach your target weight. Your goal is to achieve the specified weight displayed at the top left of the game screen.

To succeed, you’ll collect items along the way:
Weight Loss Items: Snag cucumbers, tomatoes, and broccoli to help your character shed those extra pounds!
Weight Gain Items: Treat your character to ice cream, hamburgers, and full-fat milk to give them a boost!
Interactive Elements: Use dumbbells and balance boards to influence your character’s weight, and choose paths marked with activities like “Hit the Gym”, Cycling, Running, Stairs, Swimming, and more for added benefits!
Outfit Gallery in Body Rush
After each level, you’ll unlock a new outfit behind a glass barrier. The glass will gradually open based on the percentage of your completed target. Once it reaches 100%, the glass will swing open, and you’ll receive the new outfit! If you’re feeling impatient, you can smash the glass to instantly access the outfit.

Once you’ve unlocked an outfit, you can explore it in the Dress Gallery, where you can browse through cool dresses you’ve unlocked and those you already have. You can also change your character’s outfit for the game by clicking on the unlocked dress.
